If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, simply visit our Returns & Exchanges page and fill out the Return Request Form.
Once your form is submitted, our team will review your request and provide you with a prepaid return label along with all the necessary instructions by email.
Region-Specific Return Options
EU, UK & US Customers:
Free returns — we will provide a prepaid DHL return label for convenient drop-off at any DHL Service Point.
GCC Customers (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman):
Free returns — you can either drop off your package at any Aramex office, or if available in your area, Aramex can collect your product directly from your address, making your return experience effortless and secure.
At this time, we are unable to process returns outside these regions.
Refunds are issued once the returned items are received and inspected at our distribution center. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
